At MOVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original MOVA packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
